Ginger Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger or more to taste
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Prep your Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and slicing them in half.
- Arrange them cut-side up directly on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and red pepper flakes in a small cup or bowl.
- Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the sprouts. No need to toss — less mess, more yes.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, until tender inside and golden and crispy on top.
