From Kitchen Chaos to Plant-Based Confidence
Hi, I’m Caitlin Rogers — Certified Precision Nutrition Coach, recipe developer, and mom of five (yes, five). I help women simplify whole food plant-based cooking so they can nourish their families, support their wellness, and finally win the dinner table standoff — one skeptical bite at a time.
My journey into plant-based wellness didn’t start in a spotless kitchen or with a Pinterest-perfect plan. It started in 2016, when I was exhausted — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I was obese, overwhelmed, and stuck in habits that weren’t serving me. I started with a structured weight loss program that gave me the initial push I needed, but it was the sustainable changes I made afterward — choosing more real food, moving my body, and shifting my mindset — that truly transformed my life and helped me keep the weight off for good.
Cooking started as survival… and turned into something that saved me.
As I dove deeper into cooking with whole ingredients, I found joy in the mess. And I mean literal mess — I had toddlers throwing peas while I was figuring out tofu. Eventually, I earned my Precision Nutrition Coach certification and launched Clean Cooking with Caitlin to help other moms (and real-life humans) make plant-based eating doable, joyful, and judgment-free.

Through Clean Cooking with Caitlin, I share plant-based recipes made for real life — no extreme cleanses or “perfect plate” pressure. Just food that helps you feel better, function better, and actually enjoy dinner with your family (or at least get through it with fewer complaints).
I’m also the founder of Orlando Thrive Tribe, a community inspired by Blue Zones principles. We connect through food, wellness, and sustainability — hosting local events that make health feel less lonely and more like something we get to do together.
Food is how I care for my family, my health, and the planet — and I’d love to help you do the same.
