I help women nourish their families and themselves through whole food plant-based meals that support real wellness, real life, and a little bit of chaos.
Let’s Make Nourishment Feel Doable
Hey, I’m Caitlin — and if you’re here, I already know you’re trying to do your best. For your health, your family, your energy, your sanity… all of it. And I’m so glad you found your way here.
My objective is to make whole food plant-based meals feel simple, nourishing, and realistic — even when life is chaotic and the tiny humans are launching sweet potatoes off their high chairs.
Why Plant-Based? And Why Me?
I wasn’t always “healthy.” In 2016, I was overwhelmed, exhausted, and deep in survival mode. I started making small changes — one real-food meal, one walk, one mindset shift at a time — and it changed everything. I lost weight, gained energy, and found a whole new relationship with food and my body. It wasn’t perfect. It was messy. But it worked. And I knew I had to share it.
I became a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach and started this blog to help other women — especially moms like me — feel better without burnout. Because nourishing yourself shouldn’t feel like another job. And eating healthy shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor, fun, or your last shred of sanity.

What You’ll Find Here
You’ll find whole food plant-based recipes that are actually doable — not curated-for-Instagram perfect. Meals that support your energy, mood, and hormones. Real talk about family nutrition, picky eaters, family-friendly meals, and using food as a tool to feel more like you again.
I also share tips on gardening, sustainability, and seasonal eating — because I believe feeling good in your body and caring for the planet can go hand-in-hand. And because growing your own herbs (or at least trying) is way more fun than you think.
This Isn’t About Perfection
I’m not here to sell you on green smoothies or morning routines that require a ring light. I’m here to support you through the messy middle — the leftovers, the food phases, the “what’s for dinner?” spiral. You don’t need to overhaul your life. You just need a few tools, a few good meals, and a community that gets it.
Let’s Do This Together
If that sounds like what you need, stick around. Follow along on Instagram, peek into the Orlando Thrive Tribe, or join my email list for new recipes and updates each week. I’d love to support you in feeding your people — and yourself — well, without losing your mind in the process.
You deserve to feel good. You deserve meals that help make that happen. And you’re absolutely in the right place.
