Korean-Inspired Carrot Salad (Viral Hormone-Friendly Twist)

- 3 cups carrots julienned or shredded
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 cloves garlic minced

- 2 tablespoons green onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds white or black
- Pinch of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
