Ingredient Selection Tips

Whole Grain Bread

It is always better to choose fresh whole grain bread than pre-packaged bread. To be sure it is whole grain, check the ingredients list, as many contain additional ingredients. The first ingredient should be 100% whole grain or whole wheat flour. Also try to avoid added sugar, oils, and additives.

Eggs

Try to choose organic or farm fresh eggs, rather than conventional, shop bought ones.

Everything Bagel Seasoning

This is a blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic and onion, and sea salt flakes. You can find it online, or in your local grocery store.
