Your beloved fall coffee drinks, inspired by three of the most popular Panera and Starbucks recipes, but crafted right in your kitchen. And yep, you guessed it, with a wholesome, healthy spin! Are you ready to make your taste buds -and your pockets- happy?

Don’t you think Starbucks and Panera should serve healthier versions of their most popular coffees!? I sure do! These healthier versions of Starbucks and Panera fall season recipes have half of the sugar and NO refined sugar. Dates are amazingly nutritious and we use it in its syrup form for these recipes. It’s also great because it tastes like caramel! 😋

The instructions for making these healthy fall beverages are super simple. First thing first, prep my healthy homemade syrups (recipes down below). Then, it’s espresso time. 🚀☕️ All you need is a shot or two of coffee, a splash of syrup, some frothed plant-based (or regular) milk, or non-dairy creamer (I love this French Vanilla one). And here you’re sipping your way through a healthier, home-crafted coffee heaven. Oh, and remember—moderation is our mantra here, as always!
