Vegetarian Breakfast

Here are some of my favorite high protein, high fiber clean vegetarian breakfast recipes. Among them are my Mediterranean Breakfast Casserole, Raspberry Lemon Bars, Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies, and Baked Oatmeal with Apples and Cranberries.

All of them are perfect for an energizing and satiating breakfast, as they contain all three of the macronutrients our body needs in order to thrive, plus lots of minerals and vitamins. Plus, they are all packed full of antioxidants, i.e. natural anti-aging compounds!
