- 2 tbsp fresh lemon thyme or regular thyme
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice juice of one large lemon
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey if not vegan
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard or spicy brown mustard
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, mustard, and salt until combined.2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp maple syrup
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking, or add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously until emulsified.3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
