This is why I came up with an have an amazing solution for you: five Plant-Based Oatmeal Breakfasts recipes (click here for more plant-based recipes)!

Indeed, breakfast cereals are tasty, addicting, and convenient – but honestly, most of them suck. They generally lack protein and they are really high in sugar. Many of the store-bought ones are also loaded with food dyes and additives, and others contain several highly processed ingredients. Hence, I came up with five easy, healthy, and full of nutrients vegan recipes!

In less than 15 minutes, you can prepare several days’ worth of quick and convenient Plant-Based Oatmeal Breakfasts. All of them are full of protein and fiber and low in added sugar. You and your kids will have a completely balanced and healthy breakfast, ready in just a minute and a half. This is the time it takes to re-heat your meal-prepped oatmeal!

In order to add more spice and variety to your breakfast, I came up with five different oatmeal flavors. These are Peanut Butter and Banana, Raisin and Dates, Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate Cherry, and Tropical Coconut. Now, it’s time to jump to the recipes down below!
